Very abruptly when speaking to nus. Didn't ask if we had any questions. We had an Optum Insurance problem @ check-in; which our UHC Insurance company/agent assured me the day before was resolved. IT OBVIOUSLY WASN'T, AND WE HAD TO PREPAY $125.00 TO BE SEEN.. The doctor's office was pre-told my wife's condition of emacular-degeneration retna & dry-eyes problems. She said she doesn't handle dry-eyes, known that the reason we came in, was for eye-drops that could possibly help her. Knowing this in advance, why did they set this... read more
