Once again, and as always been the case, the visit was excellent. Timely and professional, I didn't have to wait and the procedure went smoothly. Love you guys!
I inadvertently wrote the wrong time for my appt. on my calender. Although I showed up half an hour late, I was able to have my check-up handled in the kind, competent way it is always handled by a very, very good dentist who always has your best interests at heart. The new office is wonderfully situated with plenty of good parking very close to the building and may be entered by a side entrance on Long Lake Road as well as from Woodward - just one of the many reasons I would never go anyplace else.
This was my first visit to the new office location. I was thoroughly impressed! Melissa, the hygenist, was thorough, interacted just the right amount with me and I hadn't had that before. Bernadette did a great job with scheduling up appointments and I felt like she truly was interested in our time, our care and getting to know "me".
Dr. Fattore is very thorough. She will stick with you throughout any issues. She makes herself available to address emergencies. Her personality is very soothing and upbeat. Her team is very good. My family is in good hands!
If you need dental work this is the place! I have the world's worst teeth and Dr. Fattore and her staff have been a blessing.
I first saw Dr. Fattore "in action" 7 years ago. We were watching a lacrosse game when suddenly, all play stopped. One player was down on the ground and the others were on hands and knees searching the field near him. Within seconds, Dr. Fattore was on that field providing care to the player...she joined the team in their search.The player's tooth was found and she attended to him. I have been with this practice since I first moved to the area in 1993. Ever since, every team member I worked with is incredibly professional, understanding and friendly. Dr. Fattore is an excellent dentist and treats you as part of her family (her memory is incredible). I HIGHLY recommend this practice and all of it's employees!
Dr. Fattore and her team are professional and can work within a budget. They all care for me and my health is considered poor . They are careful to be thorough and painless.and take care of every issue with utmost precision. I thank them each visit for helping take care of me. Even when away their associates can handle any problem that arises until she returns. They are the best. Everyone including the office staff shows concern for all issues and treats you like family.
I love visiting Dr. Fattore and the Village Dental Studio Office. She and her staff are extremely professional, kind, compassionate, and caring. They focus on the complete individual and their family members' needs. It's not just about your "teeth". It's about your health, nutrition, medications, previous medical conditions, surgeries, etc. The "whole" individual is assessed and cared for with the newest technologies and treatments.
