I have been fearful of dentists my entire life. I dreaded going to the dentist for even a cleaning and went years without going. I saw Dr Fattore's Facebook page and thought I would try her office. I was overwhelmed by the warmth of her office, from the minute Isde the appointment to DR Fattore's actually doing my first cleaning herself last October to make sure I was reassured and comfortable. Dr. Fattore and her team were excellent. They are highly professional, great at what they do, and also very friendly and personal. I could make this statement for every visit I've had there in recent memory... the consistently high level of service is impressive.
Dr Fattore is excellent, but her staff makes the experience even better. Always pleasant and professional.
I had a routine teeth cleaning that went very well. The hygienist was on time, friendly and the room was clean and ready. I requested some topical anesthetic which I received, which made the cleaning more comfortable. My questions were all answered and the receptionist was very thorough in explaining the insurance coverage.
Visited Dr Fattore office today. The staff was great. Dr Fattore and her team diagnosed the issue in no time and recommened best practices for the issue.
