Horrible. No bedside manner. Felt completely unheard and alls she wanted to do was prescribe more meds. Forced me back to work in the office - very unsure how that affects her - since my employer allows work from home & I’m still not stable enough to be physically in the office with my condition - unless I don’t eat, then my issues are more at bay - cuz that’s not abusive. Dr. Leo is a wonderful doctor! She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. All of the others, from the volunteer who greeted me, and the nurses, anesthesiologist, and any others who helped were so friendly and amazing! I recommend GI Associates and Dr. Leo and give them an A+
The procedure went well, all my questions and concerns were addressed.
My colonoscopy was painless. The process was smooth despite the awful tasting prep. Dr. Leo was professional and phenomenal The nursing staff was amazing. Thank God this only happens once every 5 years!!
