I was in a horrific motorcycle accident in May 2014, where my left ankle was completely shattered. EMS took me to St. John's Medical Center, and by my luck, I was fortunate to have Dr. Dumais as my attending trauma surgeon. Dr. Dumais and his team were able to keep me calm and surgically repair my ankle. Within eight months, I was back up and walking! My leg break started just below the knee and in multiple places. I required 4 plates and numerous screws. Dr. Dumais did an outstanding job putting my leg back together and administering aftercare. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age.

Dr Dumais performed surgery on my special needs sister when she broke her femur....he has an awesome bedside manner, kind, patient and explains everything....he is by far the BEST orthopedic surgeon that we have ever had! I would highly recommend him!
Dr. Dumais was my trauma surgeon after a wreck last July left my foot with multiple broken bones, dislocations, and compromised ligaments as well a bone sticking out at my ankle. He has taken care of my leg to the best of his abilities and I’ve made a pretty decent recovery without any infections or complications after 4 surgeries. He always has great bedside manner, and his nurse and PA are always very helpful and friendly.
Dr. Dumais performed emergency surgery on me after an accident. He has great bedside manner, takes his time with you and doesn’t seem rushed.
Dr. Dumais is an excellent trauma orthopedic surgeon! My 86 year-old mother broke her femur, April, 2014, just above her knee and was in much pain before her surgery. Once Dr. Dumais did the surgery, she had some pain but recovered in inpatient rehab. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him!
