Dr Larowe was unhelpful to my mother, she complained about a lump and he totally dismissed it (he didn't even look). She had several other textbook symptoms that she also complained about and all were dismissed (over several months). After some pain and frustration, she made another appointment with his NP or assistant, who was instantly alarmed and sent her for testing. Turns out to be stage 4 cancer! The assistant was very helpful--Dr Larowe, not at all.
Fabulous Doctor! My family sees Dr. Larowe for all of our medical needs. He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and addresses them professionally.
My name is John Edam, husband to Annamarie. I felt I had to describe her experience in the last couple of visits. She has been a patient for 12 + years with R.A. It took 3 appointments to try and have a 2 page form filled out by him in regards to a hearing she has coming up. On the 3rd appointment she was admittedly late, she says 7 minutes, the office said 15 minutes. I spent 2 months of leaving messages (calls) that were never returned regarding a pre authorization for my medication that I was now behind on. I even went into the office to find out what was going on and was told they would get back to me , which never happened. I had to make an appointment with the doctor to find out that he,in an unprofessional way, (swore),and said that he wouldn't do it. He is no longer my doctor.
I was new to St. George a year ago and was referred to Dr. Larowe by my insurance. I had recently suffered a divorce, and the loss of my daughter, mother and father. I was severely depressed and had other health issues. He was very kind, caring and took extra time to listen. He prescribed medication and follow up visits to see how I was doing. I am very grateful to Dr. Larowe and will continue seeing him and recommending him.
