Dr. Juan Ross-escalante is a very good doctor and is very personable and knowledgeable about any questions that I may have concerning my care! Dr. Juan Ross-escalantes' staff is always very friendly and helpful to me.I would 'and have' recommended Dr. Juan Ross-escalante to anyone!!!!!
Doctor was not prepared for my visit. He was rude, forced unnecessary pain to my arthritis, had extensive casual conversations in Spanish with his assistant (who spoke English) while I was getting the treatment. Also, did not send test results to my referring Orthopedic for over three weeks. Had to have my insurance company call and twist his arm to get it sent then. Visit with Dr. Ros-Escalante was excellent. However, there is nothing good to be said about his support staff. They wrote in my record that I had "tuberculosis" when in fact I never had that disease, but in fact have "tuberous sclerosis" I asked them to change my record more than once to no avail. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THE FRONT DESK OR ANYONE ELSE BY PHONE AT THIS OFFICE!!! It's been reported that 80% of businesses fail not from lack of knowledge or performance, but from lack of business knowledge and failure to properly manage that business.. That is the situation i believe this health provider is in.. Good and thorough doctor BUT office staff doesn't answer phones and NEVER returns calls after say to leave a message.. Dr. Escalante really listens to his patients and is thorough in his examinations. He is personable and current in his field.
Dr. Ros-Escalante was very knowledgeable and referred me to the right providers to address all of my concerns.
Terrible, the office decided to schedule my visit for results to be 2 months after my initial visit and said to call after I got the tests done and they would set an earlier appointment. Well here we are 1 week after I got the tests and the first day I called I was told I would get a call back at the end of the day, never happened and still haven’t gotten a call back, and now been calling for days straight multiple times a day and messages every other day and still no call back. Can't even make an appointment because it's been 3 weeks and the office can't be bothered to send over a records request form to my primary. Escalante could be the best in the world but it doesn't matter because his office seems completely incompetent.
I have left 3 messages in the last 3 days to try and make an appointment with no call back yet!!!! Is this office still open or are their phones down??? I guess I would like a chance to rate the doctor. No office is that busy. Please answer the phone and your messages.
