Dr. Garcia is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and informative. Actually I found him to be an excellent teacher, knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I have been to a number of cardiologists and his manner and the behavior of the staff is among the best. Thank you.
