Dr. Wong is thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She is actually the best optometrist I have seen. Her staff is very polite. Wait times can be a bit long, but I believe the reason is that she is so thorough and really takes her time with each patient. I highly recommend her as a doctor myself.
Both my wife and i were seen in the fall of last year for the first time with dr wong. We were both very happy with our experiences and found dr wong both knowledgeable and professional. We will be returning each year to her office.
The first time my family went to Dr. Wong's office for eye exams and everything went well. However, in our most recent visit the staff was great. The problem was with the physician. She seemed annoyed and was very rude during the exam. When the time came for my husband to pick up his glasses he informed the staff member that something was wrong. He was told the prescription was fine. Two weeks later we went back to inform the office that the prescription was not right. Dr. Wong was very rude.
Very courteous staff. Professional and friendly office environment. Prompt service. That's a sign of proper and efficient scheduling. Prices are reasonable. Don't mind the prices in view of the great care I received. Would definitely recommend other patients to see Dr. Wong. In fact, I already have.
The staff is nice but Dr. Wong is not. She was rude and you could tell she was annoyed. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but you could tell she was not happy. My appointment was at 1000 and I was not seen until 1230, and there were only two people ahead of me. A patient walked in after me and he was seen first. Will not be going back.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience with me. I try to see patients in a timely manner, but depending on each patient's needs, some exams take longer than others. Saturdays are especially busy because everyone wants to come in on that day and I get behind more easily. I am glad that you were happy with my staff as we work hard on that. I will endeavor to be more polite, less annoyed and more happy. I probably was having a bad day and for that, I do apologize.
