Dr. Wong has terrible bedside manner. She was extremely condescending and rude. She only has one perspective -hers - and she criticized me the two times I had to see her. Instead of offering solutions, she scolded me for having eye surgery almost 20 years ago! I will not return to her again. Had to come back for a re-evaluation on my eye prescription and she blamed it on my changing eyes (which somehow changed in two weeks) and not her ability to properly diagnose on the first try.

The staff is helpful and attentive and Dr. Wong herself is thorough and professional. The office was clean and neat and the process was streamlined with little wait time. They have a great selection of glasses too! 10/10 recommend.

Staff is friendly, Dr. Wong is not. This is not my first time at her office, but it certainly will be my last after this most recent visit. She’s extremely condescending and passive aggressive. When I explained my financial situation didn’t allow me to afford daily contact lenses, she suggested I eat out less? Who says things like that? She’s clearly a very knowledgeable doctor, but that knowledge seems to have come at a cost to her bedside manner (or lack thereof). As a difficult patient, I have an extreme myopic prescription with an astigmatism, I made an appointment with Dr. Wong. I had been trying to see via a mono-eye where one eye sees near and one far. I never could see that well. Dr. Wong suggested that I switch the dominant eye and voila, I could see perfectly. Now a couple years later I need more depth perception and once again she made the changes for me to see perfectly. Incredibly condescending and rude. Obviously, she’s knowledgeable, but she made sarcastic remarks the entire time regarding my wife's contact habits and then started making jokes about our finances because my wife saves money by wearing contacts for 3 weeks at a time when it should be 2 weeks at a time. Nasty woman. When we spoke with the manager, she immediately went into damage control because she’s so use to it. Will never return.

Fit for gas perm contacts 3 times they did fit, sliding around on my eyes I let dr Wong know and she still wants me to wear them. Same day had to call the ambulance because my contact got lost in my eye. I paid for appointment, and contacts. Refuses to refund anything and refuses to give me my glasses prescription unless I pay 100$ even though SHE couldn’t properly fit me for contacts. She should be shut down. Stay away

We recently had two visits with Dr. Wong. At the first, they were 45min late in taking us in. Additionally, three of the front desk people were arguing with each other in front of the entire waiting room. At the second appointment, we waited for 2 hours to be taken in. There were no apologies, and they said they intentionally double-book on Saturdays, leaving patients waiting for hours beyond their original apt time. After this, Dr. Wong spent only 5 minutes with us. We will not be going back.

Dr. Wong has fitted me with contacts. She insured that my contacts were the right ones for me.
