Disappointed that the office canceled my appointment. I had online confirmation and arrived on time only to tell…sorry!
Dr. Wong has terrible bedside manner. She was extremely condescending and rude. She only has one perspective -hers - and she criticized me the two times I had to see her. Instead of offering solutions, she scolded me for having eye surgery almost 20 years ago! I will not return to her again. Had to come back for a re-evaluation on my eye prescription and she blamed it on my changing eyes (which somehow changed in two weeks) and not her ability to properly diagnose on the first try.
The staff is helpful and attentive and Dr. Wong herself is thorough and professional. The office was clean and neat and the process was streamlined with little wait time. They have a great selection of glasses too! 10/10 recommend.
Staff is friendly, Dr. Wong is not. This is not my first time at her office, but it certainly will be my last after this most recent visit. She’s extremely condescending and passive aggressive. When I explained my financial situation didn’t allow me to afford daily contact lenses, she suggested I eat out less? Who says things like that? She’s clearly a very knowledgeable doctor, but that knowledge seems to have come at a cost to her bedside manner (or lack thereof). In the past we’ve been with Dr. Wong for 3 years. We recently switched insurance this year. I called a month ago to make an appointment and verify insurance. Today they called the day before our appointment to ask about our insurance (yet again) and said they do not accept. This would have been great to know a month ago!!!
As a difficult patient, I have an extreme myopic prescription with an astigmatism, I made an appointment with Dr. Wong. I had been trying to see via a mono-eye where one eye sees near and one far. I never could see that well. Dr. Wong suggested that I switch the dominant eye and voila, I could see perfectly. Now a couple years later I need more depth perception and once again she made the changes for me to see perfectly. I love Dr. Wong she is courteous and professional. I have gone to see her for my eye health for years and I am extremely happy with the care she gives. Highly recommend her for contacts and eyeglass exams.
Dr. Wong is absolutely FANTASTIC!! She takes her time with every patient and makes sure that you are taken care of and satisfied before you leave the office.
