I had my first visit with Dr.Joyce and her team yesterday. I moved to LA in 2013 and after 5 dentists I think I've found the best expertise and customer care in the city. You can tell staff here enjoy their work and that they are all about making sure their clients are comfortable and happy. I’m just leaving from my new patient first exam, and the care was INCREDIBLE. Full exam plus an excellent cleaning from an excellent hygienist! Paid really close attention, took his time, went back to clean spots that needed it. Dr. Joyce was very professional and clear and it’s the first time I’ve tried a dentist in LA that didn’t try to convince me that I have cavities. Highly recommend. Office is clean, well staffed and professional.
I’ve had the worst dental experience with dentist Joyce Chung. I had a tiny little chip on my tooth so I went to her and asked her to put a filling on my tooth to prevent a root canal. She refused to do so and pushed me to get a crown instead (I bet because it cost 10 times more than a filling). She checked my insurance and said my crown wasn’t accepted until the year is over which was another 2 months. So she put a filling on my tooth and had me come back in 2 months for the crown, of course I had to pay for that filling. M... read more
I came here for a filling recently and Dr. Joyce exceeded my expectations. I love everything about her office and will definitely be returning.
