He's a fantastic surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He'll answer any questions day or night. Very patient gentleman. I had a cholecystectomy Thursday 5/4/17 and Dr. Jones has done everything to support my recovery. The surgery went well, thank God! I would highly recommend Dr. Jones, matter of fact, my husband is thinking if he ever needs surgery in the future, he'lol call on Dr. Jones.
Very pleasant and caring disposition. Dr. Jones performed my preventative masectomy and was very flexible with schedule to accommodate the plastic surgeon for my immediate reconstruction. Dr. jones was very informative, responsive and professional. I would highly recommend him.
Terrible, terrible staff. I was diagnosed with cancer and every time I needed them to send a referral for a biopsy or to a radiologist, they could not seem to follow through. I had to make dozens of calls just to get the biopsy request to the right location. I finally told them to forget the radiologist referral. As I am writing this, I am not sure if I will ever receive further treatment. If I had left it to them, I would probably still have a cancer tumor.
I had to make an urgent appointment after an ER visit to get my gallbladder removed. I went to the ER on Sunday, called the office Monday, and they fit me into their schedule on Tuesday. Dr. Jones is one of the friendliest, most down to earth people I have ever met. He made sure I understood what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. And he even scheduled me for next-day surgery! (So I wouldn't have to live with gallstones until January!) I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones!! :)
Dr. Jones is an educated, well trained, kind, caring physician. I am a retired physician so I have been around physicians for many years. Any person that chooses Dr. Jones to be their doctor has made a wise choice! I have not been to his office yet. He was the physician on call when I came into the ER!
