I have had my left shoulder replaced in 2019 and the right one in 2023. In both cases I went to John Oncken for the rehab. The surgeon, Shawn Adelman, said that my recovery on both shoulders was nothing short of amazing. The range of motion I have is in the 95th percentile on both shoulders. I attribute a lot of that to my work with Josh Oncken and his team at South Bellevue Chiropractic. His office is like no other I have been to.
