The doctor seems okay, but the staff NEVER answers the phone--during their stated business hours, which I now have memorized. One time I called 28 times over a month and a half trying to reschedule. I can't find a website, nor a portal. How are you expected to communicate? It is really unfair to the patients, with zero respect for our time.
Where should I start. Let’s start with them telling me they accept my secondary insurance before seeing the doctor and reassuring me they will and that I wouldn’t be charged yet I got a bill a month after. I specifically stated before going in that if my insurance is not accepted I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THE DOCTOR. Yet it was confirmed by them that they do accept it. Terrible billing practice. I have no clue who in my family saw this doctor in 2024. I just receive a bill, but only to find out that I had already paid this in August of 2024. Surreal!!!! And, she doesn't have an email address, nor is it possible to get ahold of her.
