Please be careful in using Dr. Perez. My husband died November 2024 due to Dr. Perez negligence. 1. He left a loop recorder in his chest for 4 years, even after we requested for him to take it out. He would not remove. A recorder should be removed within 3-5 years. He showed no heart issues. When my husband became septic and was loosing blood I requested Dr. Perez come see him and check in August 2023 and November 2023. I had a great experience at Cardiovascular Group in Lawrenceville with Dr. Joseph Perez. He was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really gave me peace of mind. It's not often you meet a doctor who makes you feel genuinely cared for and at ease.
