Dr. Dorsey hasnt rescheduled an appointment with my child since the office called to cancel in late February. Unable to reach office or leave message. This is MOST unprofessional and seems actionable.
Dr. Dorsey has been a delightful man to do business with. Staff on the other hand needs customer services training.Lisa especially.

My problem is not with Dr. Dorsey. I met him once when I took my daughter there, however during the consultation with him there was no privacy and he spoke very loud. I might also add he looks nothing like his picture on their website, he is a good at least 20 years older, so that is a misrepresentation. My problem is with the office manager, Lisa, she does not return calls regarding questions I had, and continued to schedule appointments even after I didn't go back. Dr. Dorsey and his staff is so pleasant when I take my daughter to his office. I feel comfortable when I go into the office. the atmosphere is just pleasant. The payment plan fits my budget and just enjoy Dr. Dorsey and his staff. My daughter has not had any problems with her braces and she has been in them for 24 mos and is ready to have them removed within 3 mos
Dr. Dorsey is reliable and gets the Job done... Look forward to taking the grand kids his way
He is GREAT!!!! very personal, and professional. Dr. Dorsey has a wonderful environment and everyone there treats you with care.
I have been going to Dr. Dorsey for nearly two years and myself and my children have received great service. I recently recommended him to my brother and his family. He provided both pricey and economical options to straighten my teeth ( Ihad to pick something in b/w)
