I went in for a root canal and was very apprehensive. I had never had one before. From the second I walked in the door, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Luzzo was warm and friendly. He calmly explained the whole process before he began and talked me through it every step of the way. From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor, everyone was fabulous. I would highly recommend Dr. Luzzo and his team!
Never having had a root canal before, I had some questions going in. Dr. Luzzo and his entire staff were friendly and attentive, and they answered all my questions. They explained everything in detail, and during the procedure they constantly asked how I was feeling. It may sound strange, but they made getting a root canal a more pleasant experience than I'd expected it to be. They were great.
After breaking a tooth, I was sent to Dr. Luzzo for root canal. I ended up being the last patient that day. It dawned on me that THEY stayed late to take care of me. Everyone in the office is so nice it makes you very comfortable. Sitting in the chair watching how the Dr. and his assistant worked together was amazing. The next tool was ready right away. They were definitely on the same page. Now on the second day, I still have no pain whatsoever. If you need a root canal this is the place to go!!
Excellent service overall. The procedure went well and Dr.Luzzo explained well what to expect at every point of the procedure and after.

I've never had a root canal without some discomfort until I went to Dr. Luzzo. I was talked through the entire procedure and felt that my comfort was very important. He and his staff are professional and caring. The outcome of the root canal successful. This Dr. and his staff have my confidence.
