Dr Kim recently treated me for whiplash. Previously performed an anterior cervical fusion C5-C7. Very successful surgery with minimal scarring. I always feel like I am in the BEST hands with Dr. Kim. Explains issues, compassionate, provides you with choices. EXCELLENT SURGEON! I would use him every time for spinal issues and trust my whole family in his hands. Thanks Dr. Kim for giving me my life back!

My initial visit was a good experience. Listened well, offered solutions and options to surgery at this point. Would recommend him. Always bring book to read while waiting.
My wife needed L4 - L5 fusion and we chose Dr. Kim based on his reviews. However, each time we went in, Dr. Kim spoke of her needed S1 to L5 fusion only correcting his notes when he looked at the MRI and realized she needed L4 - L5 fusion. He did the surgery and her scar goes from the top of her buttocks to well above L4 - her scar is long and ugly and compared to others - twice as long as needed for L4 - L5. Dr. Kim seemed concerned for my health and listened to my problem. We made a decision regarding my treatment together. He had actually looked at my chart and knew my history! Loved his personality. He was concerned about treatment without jumping straight into surgery. Will be glad to see him for followup and would recommend him highly. Strongly feel like I can trust him. Saw him for a similar problem several years ago and his recommendations worked great then, so I feel confident they will be successful this time, also!
Dr Kim is very thorough; explains things well and listens to my concerns. He really provides compassionate care.
I went to see Dr Kim about the neck issues I have been having. He was very friendly, talked to me like a person. After reviewing x-rays, we discussed options. He was very good at using terms I could understand. He even talked to us a bit about my husband's neck issues resulting from two prior surgeries. We liked Dr Kim very much and my husband will probably be going to see him at a later date.
Dr. Kim is very pleasant, thorough, very knowledgeable about the spine and neck. His office was clean and neat with clear posters for his patients to see. He told the X-ray technician which X-rays to take and after looking at them he explained them thoroughly. We talked about what we could do to help my problems. He listened carefully and we came up with a plan that he felt would help me. I highly recommend Dr. Kim. TRM
