6+ months waiting for a prior authorization for a repeat pet scan. 37 calls to his nurse, Stephanie who has yet to call back. Meanwhile the cancer has metastasized and the only call back was for a $25 copay.
Totally a miracle worker!
Dr. Jacob and his staff are wonderful! I have been treated by him for over a year for bladder cancer. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really listens and answers all questions thoroughly. He is also very smart and up on the newest research and technology. I trust him and his team explicitly with my care. At last check I was NED and hopefully that continues to be the same but if anything changes I know I am in the very best of hands.
Absolutely the best Doctor ever! I Trust my life with him and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone in need of his specialties!
