I've had a maxilkary obturator since I was 23. Dr. Massad listened to my history, examined me, took several scans, etc to start the process for a new prosthesis. He was always gentle and caring and I never felt rushed. His staff are the same way from entering the office until I left. Genius, absolute epic dentistry. I have been his patient 40 years and accustomed to his excellence in care and results.
After so many times of returning to see Dr. Massad he talked like he could not do any more. It is now more painful to eat than before I went to see him. I cannot eat anything without food getting under my dentures,both top and bottom. I eat less than I did before.I am basically on a liquid or very soft diet and my health is deteriorating. I am out almost $10000 and worse off than before
Very difficult case. No other dental professional was willing to take my case. Dr. Massad was extremely kind, caring, and professional. He provided services that I would not have been able to afford, but due to his generosity I have been given all of the dental care that was needed.
I have rarely encountered any doctor as understanding and respectful as Dr. Massad. I am very grateful to my primary care for having recommended to him when I was in need of a help. In fact, the care and concern I experienced was incredible. Highly recommended.
