He's not very friendly or polite when you see him, never even says a simple hello. Every time I have an appointment with him, it feels like he's rushing through it and doesn't really care about what I have to say. It's like he's just going through the motions without really listening to me or treating me like a person with real concerns. Even when I'm in a lot of pain, he doesn't seem to understand or care.
