Probably the most dismissive and frustrating visit I've had with a provider.
Should not be qualified as a psychiatrist. I've never had such a negative experience with a doctor before in my life. He saw me for about 5 minutes, asked me the vaguest questions with no detail, and deemed me unfit for treatment. He seriously does not need to be there for the benefit of anyone. There was no compassion, sense of care, empathy, or kindness. Very abrasive, dismissive, & rude. He needs to be looked at closer and more than likely removed. I was not listened to whatsoever. Dr. Grau at one point was an amazing blunt up front Dr. After seeing him for over 8 years, he has changed. His front desk girls are more informative than he is! He has o empathy, 0 emotions, often speaks in a mono tone voice. Since May 18th, 2023 the day my dad had an accident that ultimately killed him 2 weeks later….. and my daughter having an accident on I 65 in Jan.2024 with an actual semi … (she lived). I have had to juggle some appointments to be able to not only take care of my mental health but to also be at the hosp... read more

I have been more depressed and filled with anxiety by his underling that I have now. I have been thru 5 of his underlings. This one I have now is a joke. Can't get my perscription correct. She even sent it to another town. There is no empathy or compassion in that place! Looking for a new psychiatrist.
