I’ve been going to him since he bought this practice. Great staff and he’s a very caring dentist!
I had to pay another dentist to correct the work that Delmond attempted to do and refused to fix, even though, strangely, he led me to believe for several months that he would fix it. The new dentist did such a wonderful job, however, that I'm now glad that Delmond didn't try to correct the problem. If you need dental work and you would rather pay for one dentist instead of two, or one procedure instead of two, you might want to skip Delmond.
I have arranged (paid a deposit) to have another dentist correct the work that Delmond attempted to do and refused to fix, even though he led me to believe for several months that he would fix it. Great Dentist and office staff
I had a crown installed by him 5 years ago that had a defect in it. His office informed me that they won't replace it because I hadn't continued to come to their office for regular visits. Unfortunately, my company's dental insurance changed and his office does not accept that insurance, therefore requiring me to find a new dentist who identified the defect. Now I'm on the hook for a whole new crown.
Shortly after dr Delmond bought the practice my dental technician stepped down, I felt a paradigm shift with my new dental technician and the new dentist, The last three times I’ve gone to the dentist it has been about $1200 which I put on my credit card every time. Very competent in all types of dental work my husband & I have had done since last September. Going for an implant soon, confident it will be just as good as all other work he has done for us so far. Great office staff & hygienists, (especially Dot!)
I'm confused about Dr. Delmond's stated philosophy as I was not given an option concerning taking x rays. This has never been the case with any dentist.
