I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Del Priore, especially for annual skin checks. He is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, which gives me so much peace of mind. Office staff is very unprofessional, even makes faces and mocks me when I ask about charges I received. (like children, really) Still waiting for a refund of a charge for "lab analysis" they charged me for in the office. They do not have a lab for analysis in their office. They send it out to a company who bills separately. I went here as a referral from a friend so I trusted them to start. The doctor said he would talk to the staff to do training and "make it right".
