Horrible experience. Put on hold for 33 minutes just to find out Dr. Joseph Stone, whom I was referred to, no longer worked there. They would not tell me his new location. This was a primary care doctor referring to a specialist. I can't imagine how badly a patient would be handled!
The office staff waited a month to follow up with me for scheduling my daughter's surgery. I called consistently for two weeks and knowone could give me any answers eventually I scheduled with another doctor. They called me to schedule a month later. I'm highly dissatisfied with this office.
