UPDATE 9/3/25 I waited a few months and called to see if the front desk person had left the practice. She had. I knew she wasn’t a good fit for the practice. Anyhow, I am back with dr Bava. If you want a good podiatrist, go see him. UPDATE 10/21: Unfortunately I will no longer be a patient at this practice. It has nothing to do with Dr. Bava. His front desk person treated me as if I am an awful person/patient. I had time mixed up. My appointment was 1:45 PM, I had 2:30 PM. Be there at 2:15. I was there at 2:15 and when she t... read more
I want to comend the staff and my experience with Dr. Bava. He has help with with more the one issue with my feet. The staff, especially Canelle, went out of there way to fit me in much earlier that my originally appointment. I would recomend Dr. Bava and his staff to anyone having foot and ankle issues.
Great experience with Dr. Bava and his staff. The front desk is busy so it’s totally understandable if they seem “quick”-the phone was ringing nonstop. I quickly realized the girls at the front are very efficient which maybe throws others off as not being warm and fuzzy. However, I appreciate promptness vs. waiting forever. Lee Lee from the front desk walked us backed, asked a few questions, and by the time she walked out, I felt like she was my son’s BFF. :) She’s great!!
