I absolutely HATE going to a dentist and a root canal is beyond that! I was sent to him and was in total denial that I needed to have a root canal but he spent time going over my scan and showed me in detail why I needed it. ugh! I so did NOT want to go! I asked for gas and made him promise to keep me numb in case I felt it. He was SO NICE! I still was gripping the chair but it did not hurt and I could hear his voice above the gas very calm and reassuring.. Dr. Milholm explained procedure to me and kept me at ease. He was kind and his office help were professional and friendly. No pain or discomfort. I never had to take any pain med following procedure.
Scheduling was very easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful with my questions throughout the entire visit. Prior to the root canal proceedure, Dr. Milholm explained the entire process, pain options and ultimately made sure I felt no pain or discomfort. I was truly amazed there was absolutely no need for the prescribed pain meds at post sugery. My family will definately use Dr. Milholm, as needed, in the future.
