Terrible. First, the staff do not provide accurate information to you in order to determine if you need to show up for an appointment or not. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to go in the same day. When I arrived, the doctor was not present. As a result, I ended up seeing a Nurse Practitioner(NA) Who by the way, was clueless. This practitioner told me that she was afraid to order a test because the specialist may think that she is over diagnosing. RED FLAG.
