We have found Dr Arcand to be a Great diagnostician- she is very thorough- never rushes you and is a kind and easy listener, even when there are issues that don’t have to do with actual reason for the visit. She is also great at listening to patients input and explains everything clearly. I actually look forward to a doctor visit with her!
It's amazing that the doctor comes to get you from the waiting room. You never feel rushed and Dr. Arcand is very personable.

She is a caring and professional person. She is very knowledgeable and is open to me trying alternative health solutions first; instead of like most doctors who want to run tests, put you on expensive meds, or recommend surgery. I prefer the small 1 doctor office. It feels like l am part of the family.

Dr. Arcand is a rarity among doctors in that she respects TIME. She takes time to get to know her patients. There is rarely a wait to get in because she doesn't overbook. And best of all, you never feel rushed during a visit because she spends as much time as necessary to treat her patients thoroughly and accurately. I recommend her unreservedly and wish more doctors were like her.
Dr. Arcand has been our family doctor for about 6 years. She is friendly and willing to spend time with her patients, responding to all our questions and concerns. She does not overbook patients, so there is rarely a wait to see her. When I need an appointment, she is able to fit me in without having to wait several days or weeks like many other doctors in the area.
I have been very pleased with the staff and with Dr. Arcand. I have had excellent care from a doctor who takes time to listen, answers all my questions, and come up with a good plan for my care which is a bit complicated. I would highly recommend this practice.
