He was close minded .I don’t recommend him at all If I could give him no star I would but that isn’t an option.very bad experience.
A complete and utter spineless dimwit. I can’t believe he still has his license. Apart from all the stupid things he has said, the stupidest thing he has said was that people with bipolar disorder are not at a higher risk for dementia! There’s tons of research articles proving him wrong. I’m in talks with the medical board over his license.
Dr. Congiano really helped me through some rough times. The right medication and the right counseling.
