Dr. Cruz posee the sensitivity, patience and intelligence to deal, in a very positive way, to deal with a wide variety of personalities and egos and patients in crisis. He is humble and caring and is very easy to like him and Trust him. Trust is very important for a psychiatric patient. Are we talking about the same Dr Cruz? 51 years experience? He doesn't look 51 years old. Accepts only Aetna? I see him with Preferred Care Partners. Graduated from where? I thought it was U of Miami. I better check his diplomas next time. Speaks only English? He speaks Spanish too. This page is totally useless to me; I'm not sure who it's about. The guy I see is pretty sound :)
