I have had two spine surgeries by Dr. Renkens, the most recent of which was April 17, 2017. I would highly recommend Dr. Renkens and his staff. Both surgeries were very successful and I am pain free.
He has done two different surgeries on my back. I am very satisfied with the work that he has done.
After searching for and having appointments with many, finally the last doctor I visited asked if she could recommend Dr, Renkens. After my first visit I was convinced that what he had to say made good sense and I was willing to try his treatment. I have never been sorry.
He is a very excellent Dr. Not only is he concerned about his patient, but the family also. When I had my first surgery, he called my daughter and talked to her himself! I definitely recommend Dr Kraemer for your spine needs. He’s the BEST!!
Dr. Vitto and his staff worked tirelessly to diagnose my condition and ease my pain. They patiently explained each procedure and the reason for it. The spinal cord stimulator trial was a game changer and I am grateful for Dr. Vitto and his staff's continued care and compassion during my treatment.
On my first visit to see Dr. Vitto, he listened to me explain what pain I was experiencing. After an exam he sent me for a MRI to determine exactly what was the cause of the pain. It turned out years of osteoarthritis had damaged my L3, L4, and L5 vertebrae causing pinching of the nerves. He explained what pain therapy could be used to counteract the damage. I had a series of injections that suppressed the pain completely. This is life changing be able to function without any pain.

I was referred to his practice by my mother. I have been in pain for years, and can now proudly say, I am pain free!
In 2012 I learned that my L5 was gone and the nerve around that area is being pinched. I was barley able to walk with a walker (I was only 47 years old). The burning and sharp needle pain in both my legs had me in tears 24/7. It took me 2 years to find the only Dr. in the Indianapolis area that was able to finally help me. I do not want to think how my live would have been like without Dr. Vitto. I am dancing, exercising and enjoying life again. Thank you so much Dr. Vitto.
