I hold Dr. Arroyo in the highest regard. I was driving my wife to an eye appointment at Boston Vision, and five minutes before arriving I had what looked like a long black snake appear in my right eye -- very scary. Upon arriving I immediately went to the front desk and was told I was fortunate - a retina specialist, Dr. Arroyo, was there today and could take a look. I saw Dr Arroyo for sudden eye problems, which turned out to be a burst blood vessel in the retina of my right eye. I was pleased to see him within 24 hours of my call. Everyone at the Brookline office was great. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was made comfortable at all times. I received the bad in a very caring and supportive way. If you need care for wet AMD, Dr Arroyo and his team are outstanding.
