I’ve had three surgeries with Dr Sales and this last one seemed to work! The PA’s and Dr Sales are very knowledgeable and willing to make sure you’re feeling good. I’m very happy and would tell anyone about these doctors.
Most of the negative reviews deal with the post-surgery treatment. Dr. Sales doesn't do that. I too had horrible post-surgery experience at the hospital but the actual surgery was excellent. It took some time to get on the right pain meds as I got violently sick from the first two. The PA's at Dr. Sales practice were wonderful and really helped me to find the correct meds to manage initial post-surgery pain. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Sales! He is kind and encouraging and very thorough and just SO good at what he does!!! I am 4 weeks out from a lumbar spinal fusion surgery and i am already feeling great!!! I am in PT now to get my muscles back in shape but Dr Sales is truly giving me my life back! I have a goal to be able to ride my horse again in 2 more months and he is making that happen!!! I am 72 but he is confident that i will be riding again soon!!! Thank you so very much!!!
Dr. Sales clearly explained what was causing my back and leg pains and then explained what he recommended as a solution. My surgery was quickly scheduled and went extremely smooth. My recovery also went very well. I am especially very thankful for his care assistant's timely followup and quick responses to my questions.
Dr. Sales performed a L4/5 laminectomy and microdiscectomy in December of 2021. Surgery went very well and all nerve pain is gone. Dr. Sales's team has been very helpful answering any questions and providing pre and post op care. They use electronic messaging technology to stay in touch which I like, but some people may not like. I only met Dr. Sales for a few minutes right before surgery and that has been my entire interaction with him. His "bedside manner" was very good and he answered all my questions. Very professional and kind. Listened to concerns and joys PA was great.
I just did my 4-week post op call. The PAs in this practice are all so professional, approachable, knowledgeable and very patient too! I never felt rushed and I got all my questions answered. The entire staff has been friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this team.
Dr Sales has completed 3 successful surgeries for me. He is a no nonsense skilled, caring surgeon. My friends who have also had surgeries from him are very pleased. His phy assistant is also excellent.
