The Dental hygiene staff was very effecient and thorough. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. The doctor was friendly, quick, and professional. I would recommend to anyone.
Scheduling was easy and my appointment started right on time. The office staff was helpful and polite, and the hygienists do a great job. The dentist was informative and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal!
Dr Rosenthal was really nice and understanding. He didn't try to talk me into work that i didn't need. Very honest. Office was clean and staff was excellent. How definitely recommend to friends and family
The Dr himself has a terrible attitude! I would go elsewhere for your dental care I'm going back to Dr.Cohn in S.Euclid!
The office staff was not friendly. Never saw same staff twice and dentist worked alone usually. My $1200 crown fell out and 2 other dentist and an endodontist have commented on the poor fit of this crown. The crown has been repaired but will ultimately need to be redone or have tooth pulled. I didn't call to have this office repair this crown or make a new one for me because the office is so filthy that there was no way I was going back in for any reason.
Dr. Rosenthal and dental staff are very friendly; however, the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered.
Went in for an appointment was told I had to have my tooth removed. The doctor started to remove my tooth and after breaking it numerous times he told me he couldn't finish it. Did so kindly advise me that I would be even more miserable then I was when I came in. So now I'm left with half a tooth that jagged and an expose nerve! I was also told I had to wait a month to be able to come back and get this taken care of! Never have I been so miserable in my life!
Made dentures for me that I couldn't even wear. They were a joke for dentures. He never did get them to fit my mouth. I couldn't chew and they made my jaws hurt. I can't get more on my insurance for 8 years so I'm stuck with unwearable dentures. He used to be a great dentist. He is still very kind, unlike his father who fills in for him sometimes and is very rude. Some of his staff is unbelievably rude. My son went there also and he said they hurt him a lot when they cleaned his teeth.
