Poor fitting crown and he closed his office on the spur of the moment before my appointment to get it fixed. The office was in need of a thorough cleaning. I keep seeing people say he cared about his patients. No he did not. His office called and said that he was closed permanently the next day.

My experience was absolutely terrible. I had my crowns fall out seven times it hasn’t even been a year! I would never go back to him and I’m off to find a new dentist he had an attitude when I did not want a $425 night guard and hurt me when fixing my crowns Never going back
I cannot believe how terrible my experiences at this dentist has been. My entire family has gone to this dentist and we all have come away with similar painful issues. Rosenthal has a unique talent of turning a minor dental issue into a much more serious painful one. I had a cavity which was drilled by Rosenthal and resulted major pain. Competent for routine dentistry. Insure you ask if its more detailed so that you know the costs or if dentist does the work
friendly and knowledgable staff! My teeth feel great after. Would recommend!
He made my dental problems worse. I went in after not seeing a dentist for about 10 years, I had two cavities that were slightly irritating. After he drilled and filled I have had extreme pain and sensitivity in both areas, one in particular causes my entire face to throb. After my visit I found out my sister had a similar experience at this office. I do not recommend this dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenthal for many years. I attribute my excellent dental health to his expert care . His office is very easy to access and to make an appointment. I would recommend his care to anyone! ER
