wellness visit (should be no cost) - although they insisted on billing it as an establishment visit ($300). Visit was good and doctor was thorough. Minimal wait time. Billing department was not satisfactory - insisting their records did not indicate it was a wellness visit (I specifically told receptionist when the appt was made that it was my annual wellness visit - and told the PA when asked why I was there it was annual wellness visit. Dr. Hall is wonderful. He is very positive and really takes his time with me. I also like the fact that his personality is that of a genuine and caring man. I never feel rushed nor do i leave with questions. I wish he worked somewhere else because that clinic is a train wreck! The last 5 times I was there I waited for an hour or more. I really want to change doctors but I like Dr. Hall, so as long as telemedicine is around I will stay.
