I have known Lorraine for more than 25 years. She has shown me nothing but kindness and patience. She is always there even if it’s a weekend. She’ll check voice mail and is always the first to call and find out how I am doing. I love her and cannot disagree more with this very unkind review. Also, Dr. Aronowitz is the best doctor ever.
The admin Lorraine called me on Sun looking for insurance and when I did not respond fast enough called again to threaten to cancel if i did not hustle. So i sent it in and left a message that a threat to cancel when I didn’t hustle fast enough wasn’t very kind in a time of anxiety for all of us - so then she called me back lecturing me about my behavior and that I could cancel (I said i did not want to cancel) but she kept telling me off that I hadn’t sent it in earlier and that I can see it was Dr office calling (I could n... read more
