I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love how attentive they are here.Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I call.They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
