Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Yes, they are patient with first-time mothers

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
