Dr Minter performed a bilateral knee replacement for me 10 years after his initial diagnosis and recommendation. Overall it was an experience of excellence. Don’t get me wrong, the first week after surgery was very tough, but I was walking without a cane by the end of week two. Hands down, he is the GOAT of arthroplasty; which is advanced knee and hip replacement in the ATL. He would be my first choice for any of my family. His office team, including Rawle and Donna, were attentive to all my needs and concerns, and made sure... read more

Less than 5 months ago Dr. Jon Minter performed surgery for a total knee replacement on me. Today I was able to accomplish the goal that I had set for myself prior to the surgery, which was to be able to balance on an exercise ball on my knees. My trainer said he had never seen anyone respond to knee replacement surgery so quickly. Dr. Minter was excellent to work with. He was responsive to any questions, he was caring, and yet he was extremely professional. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for any orthopedic... read more

I would recommend Dr. Minter to all my family and friends. I needed both knees replaced and although he doesn't typically do bilateral knee replacements. He gave me the option of doing both at the same time. My surgery was a success. I am 6 weeks Post op and would totally do both knees at the same time again. Dr. Minter's team was awesome and listened to my issues, kept me informed and took care of whatever I needed. I picked Dr. Minter because he uses the Mako Robot. My situation was I have metal allergies, he took that int... read more

I am 77 years old. I went to Dr. Minter in dire need of a total knee replacement. Dr. Minter and his staff, Donna, Melinda and Rawl provided the pre and post surgery support that was very important to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Minter to anyone in need of a joint replacement. At 6 weeks post surgery I am 90% back to my pre-surgery activity ... walking, cycling, gym workouts and swimming. I walked without a cane 5 days after surgery!! Dr. Minter and his staff are compassionate and helpful....a rarity today in the medica... read more

I had a full knee replacement performed by another doctor during August 2020. For over two years after the replacement, I suffered with constant swelling, instability and frustration. Dr. Minter evaluated my condition, gave his recommendation and performed a revision surgery during February 2023. My knew swelling is now gone, I have stability and experiencing the full reward of a knee replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Minter. When I go to have my other knee replaced, he will be performing the surgery.

I had not been able to move my right leg without severe pain for 2 1/2years, because of an accident. Was told repeatedly by several doctors, different professional training that my pain was coming from my back. Had 2 MRI (back), 1 MRI neck, x-rays hip, knee. Sent for therapy. All without a real diagnosis. Told to lose weight, would never walk again & live with it.Finally went back to orthopedic surgeon for help. He found my problem, did extensive reconstruction surgery. The pain is gone (from that problem)!! Rebuilding streng... read more

If I could rate Dr Minter 100 stars , I would. My husband had a HTO (High Tibial Ostomy) 12 years ago and his knee was painful and not stable. He had 2 plates and 7 screws in his knee that Dr Minter needed to remove in addition to doing the knee replacement procedure. The first Dr my husband saw told him that he would need to have two separate surgery's , one to remove the hardware and another to do the knee replacement. Dr Minter did both in one surgery and we went home that day:) It has been about 6 weeks since the knee re... read more
