Dr Minter has done 2 of my surgeries. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! His office staff is friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long and I always get a callback within a day, usually within a couple hours. The P.A., nurses and Dr Minter all listen and address all my concerns! If you need hip or knee replacement, I highly recommend Dr Minter!!
Dr. Minter is outstanding in all respects for this hip pin replacement patient when I came to Northside Forsyth Hospital in an ambulance without an appointment and Dr. Minter responded to my wife's plea and put off leaving for vacation the next afternoon in order to accomodate my hip pin replacement surgery. His office at Northside Forsyth is equipped with everything needed to evaluate patients and a recent visit showed me the outstanding assistants that back up Dr. Minter.

I came to Dr. Jon Minter with previous left & right total knee replacement surgeries from another surgeon - the hardware in both knees was misaligned and loose. I was barely able to walk due to the pain. Dr Minter was able to correct both knees with revision surgery. I can now walk normally and without pain. He gave me my life back. I give him & his staff the highest recommendation and thanks.
I had a total knee replacement 7 years ago. Unfortunately that replacement knee was defective and severely damaged the surrounding bone in my knee. Dr. Jon Minter preformed revision surgery replacing the old implant with a much larger unit to compensate for all of the bone loss. I had my 5 week post op appointment today and the x-rays show that the new knee is perfect. Dr. Minter is a fantastic surgeon. My surgery was not simple and he did a perfect job. I highly reccomend Dr. Minter
I cannot express my deep gratitude for Dr. Minter. He was the best doctor I have ever seen and I have had a ton in my past due to multiple surgeries and health issues. He performed a total hip revision as my previous implant done by a terrible doctor at Emory had prematurely failed. He restored my faith in doctors and was an absolute pleasure every time. This should be your doctor. His bedside manner is impeccable and you won't find someone else who genuinely cares about you as much as he does.
Dr. Mentor is kind and considerate. He was able to recommend alternatives to orthopedic surgery. I am so happy about his second opinion.
