They are so bad with timing. Plan to be in their office all day. You can have your appointment at 11am and they won't seat you in a patients room until an hour after your appointment AND once you're in the room you do another 30 minute waiting. This is all with 3 patients in the waiting room also waiting to be seen.

The doctor obviously has too big of a patient load. Wait times are always at least an hour past the appt time, and once there was standing-room-only while waiting to be seen by the doctor. When you finally see the doctor, she is very rushed and at times unprofessional. She discussed my medical history with my mother-in-law, over the phone without my knowledge, and once got my urine sample mixed up with a person with a similar name. Office mgr (older male) is very rude and hates being bothered.

Dr. Herrera, Does not listen to you and talks over you. She is very rude with no bed side manner. Always had an attitude. I rate her a -5. Santiago the front end manager is just as bad. He acts like you're inconveniencing him and always has an attitude. If you ask him a question, he just gives it to someone else to deal with you. Stephanie on the the other hand is great and I feel sorry she has to work in this office. Hopefully she can find a better Dr's office!

She listens to everything you say without making your feel like you are whining. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her office staff is friendly and very helpful. I looked for a new doc for years and will now be with her until she decides to retire!!
