Had one new patient visit with this office and have made 16 calls after to get information on patient portal to get lab orders before return visit in December and an authorization for a med refill…. Only three calls back, one only after I left a message stating it was unacceptable to call your provider and no return call and mentioned I manage several clinics and this would never happen. I took my mother-in-law to see Dr. Herrera, she is more focused on paperwork or the computer than looking at her patients. She never once put her hands on my mother-in-law. I mean even when she had a physical. We are talking not listening to heart or lung sounds. No bowel sounds. No touching her for even a pulse. How can you possibly do a physical without doing basics. Horrible doctor, Horrible office, Horrible bedside manner. Dr. Hererra will make medical statements directly to you and then DENY saying them. Possibly a doctor that throws out conditions to ensure patients come back for follow-up visits?
I LOVE this office and doctor. The staff is great, I hardly ever wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the doc always explains treatment options.
Very busy lady, but always will take the time to help you. She is my go to doctor of choice, and I would recommend her as a good place to start with any problems you may have! She will get you to skilled medical help if you don't know where to start!
This doctor shouldn't be practicing medicine! My elderly mother went to her 6mo ago for an ear cleaning. Not only did she have to wait over 2hrs, but the doctor was in a rush and very rude! After that my mom has had ear ache and rumbling noises and this doctor just tossed it up in the air as"nerves". Fast forward today, an ear specialist removed a 2inch medical instrument from my mom's ear. Every time we need refills we have to deal with rude office staff as well. They are all about $ not health
