Had one new patient visit with this office and have made 16 calls after to get information on patient portal to get lab orders before return visit in December and an authorization for a med refill…. Only three calls back, one only after I left a message stating it was unacceptable to call your provider and no return call and mentioned I manage several clinics and this would never happen. Dr Hyde is a wonderful, compassionate physician with a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to answer all the questions that my husband and I had. I am a retired RN now but during my working years at St Mary’s I always heard great things about Dr. Hyde though I had never met him because I worked in a different department. Great feeling
She was caring, kind, and patient. She knows her field, but was not condescending. Took time with me, especially when I was not yet able to use all of my speech/gross and fine motor skills.
Dr Hageb is caring, conscientious and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns, explains his diagnosis and plan well. His warm personality adds to the comfort level of the visit. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Hageb as my neurologist .
