Dr. Kerner failed to advocate for my transfer to a tertiary care facility—a decision that had life-altering consequences. Due to this inaction and lack of appropriate medical judgment, I am now permanently paralyzed from the waist down.This was not a case of a rare or unavoidable complication. It was a direct result of negligence, of ignoring the red flags and delaying critical care that I urgently needed.
Dr. Stoner was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in my health issues. She gave me alternative prescription options which will is less in costs. She also explained the best way to communicate with her. She was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her office to someone else.
