Today was my 2nd set of shots. It was painful because my back was very tense. Dr. Patel was very kind and should compassion. I ask him to give me a bit of time and he did. He didn't try to push me to continue. He has a caring staff and they made sure I was OK when I left. My pain was gone shortly after the treatment.
everyone from receptionists to doctor were extremely professional and cordial, dr patel was excellent, he asked us,'do you have any questions' several times...most doctors aren't that attentive,.excellent !
This is an outstanding spine specialist. Found the problem and took a cautious approach tohelp me have much less chronic back pain.
Less then 5 minutes wait time, the doctor understands you ,the doctor make sure that you are getting the right treatment.
Took tome to answer questions and gave straight talk.
Had to wait over an hour, the Dr was in a hurry spent little time with me
How personable and kind he was to me and how he explained everything to me about what will be happening to me.
Dr Patel always listens and is conservative in his treatment. Offers suggestions and discusses the options available. Great doctor!
My back issues have been addressed and my visits were well received.
