VERY GOOD
I noticed discolour on a front tooth and called Dr. Austin's Office. On short notice, I was able to get an appointment and correct 3 small cavities. Lucky I could get in quick. The work was painless and done without shots. I don't want to imagine what it would have been like if I had to wait. I also changed some bad habits so this doesn't occur again. I drive from Rochester Hills to see Dr. Austin because the service is worth the trip.
As I always expect each time I come in ... awesome professional staff, beautiful updated office with the latest equipment and of course Dr. A. always takes as much time needed to discuss options regarding my care. I am very lucky that I received them as a referral when we moved out here a couple of years ago! Great job guys!
This morning (10/16/2012) I had my very first visit to Dr. Austin's office. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with Kindness, Professinalism, and Respect. The reason for my visit was for a cleaning, and mind you, this was my very first visit and never met anyone from this office. We moved over an hour away two years ago, yet we continue to return to Dr. Austin's office. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Austin really cares about his patients. Highly recommended!
My wife suffered from a tooth ache for several years. She went to several dentists but got no relief. I suggested she go to my dentist, Dr. Austin. He took the time to determine that it was a bite problem and he took the time to fix it. Problem solved. I recommend Dr. Austin for all your dental needs.
