The surgery went well, however he broke my crown and then they refused to pay for it. Insane for you to break something and then not replace it.
This is the first internet review I’ve ever made, but our experience was terrible enough that it felt warranted. Dr Cowan was curt and dismissive when my daughter presented with dry socket. No aftercare instructions were given after his techs drenched packing with undiluted clove oil and shoved it in her empty socket with no numbing and stabbed her in the bare jaw bone with a pair of tweezers in the process. He was so quick and knew exactly what he was doing! I am a little scared of dental procedures because of the last place I was going, but I was so relaxed at Dr. Cowans office and everybody was so nice!! I will ONLY be going here for surgical procedures. Edit: I love the doctor still… The front desk lady however is pretty rude (on the phone and in person) and it very much makes me not want to go back now. I already hate going to the dentist and people like that make it so much worse:(

Everyone i spoke with there was extremely rude,with the customers as well as with eachother. Took my child to get wisdom teeth removed they were unable to do it because of super sensitive gag reflex, and was extremely rude with my child over it huffing and puffing over something no one can control. Extremely unprofessional
