Drove 30 minutes for a 7:20 a.m. appointment. I was told to bring ID and insurance card. It was not specified to have a physical card. Cigna insurance doesn’t send physical cards, my card is on the app. I literally showed them my card. They wouldn’t accept my Digital card as every other office I go to does. They said I could keep my appointment and pay the $300 office visit. I do medical billing for my husband and a physical card is not required! This is 2026, most things are electronic. Hope you don't mind waiting 4 weeks then be told by a office man
I have been a patient for over a year. The office is wonderful. I've never waited and each staff member has been kind and answered all my questions. Dr. Ruxer listened and worked with me to find a treatment for my back pain. I wish all Dr's office would be this efficient. Best treatment for back pain. Highly-qualified, recommend his care.
